Say hello to Felicia.

Born in a small town in central Texas, Felicia Tripa moved around quite a bit, eventually ending up in Southern California. She moved to Santa Barbara for college and realized that paradise was a nice place to be, so she stuck around.

A three-year veteran of AppFolio, Felicia joined the team shortly after graduation because she was impressed by the Wall of Happiness she saw during a short office tour. She thought, “any place celebrating the success of their employees like that was a place I wanted to be.” Felicia instantly fell in love with the AppFolio company culture.

“The people are amazing to work with and genuinely care.”

What has been your favorite moment of your career at AppFolio, so far?
“My favorite moment at AppFolio was what I call the ‘week of puppies.’ It seemed that every day that week, someone was bringing their dog into the office. For someone like me who loves dogs, it was like a dream come true.”

When Felicia isn’t busy helping transform someone’s business for the better, she is always moving—be it by long distance running, hoop dancing, or her most recent interest, rock climbing. She is also close to her family, with two brothers in the Navy.

Felicia is very close with her aunt in San Francisco and very much inspired by her young cousin, Olivia (pictured). “She is only 6 years old but has so much energy, and we have the best time when I get to see her.”
