Today, we hosted a really interesting webinar, ‘The Future Of Leasing Is Here,’ featuring Nat Kunes, Director of Product Management at AppFolio. Nat had a ton of great tips and ideas on how to take your entire leasing flow online.

He showed us how taking your entire leasing flow online can significantly decrease turn times and fill vacancies faster. Here are some interesting highlights from the webinar:
- During a polling question we asked our audience how many people take online applications, surprisingly 65% said no they do not currently take applications online.
- Did you know? With the current leasing process it typically takes over 7 days from showing to lease signing.
- e-signatures are legal and accepted in all 50 states allowing companies to take their leases online.
