Last week we had the pleasure of hosting a MeetUp and participating in the 30th Annual TRENDS Rental Housing Management Conference and Trade Show, in Seattle, WA. We were thrilled to connect with our customers and prospects through these fun events.
At the MeetUp our very own Brian Deignan, Regional Field Director, gave an awesome presentation on business trends. The presentation revolved around three key factors: millennials, mobile lifestyles, and technology, and it included:
- Stats on the rental market demographic
- Tips on how to capitalize on ever-changing rental trends
- And so much more!

The 30th Annual TRENDS Rental Housing Management Conference and Trade Show was amazing! Not only did we get to host a fabulous workshop but we also had the chance to connect with great people in a fun city. As for the workshop, once more, Brian Deignan lead the way with What Modern Property Management Business Looks Like Today offering insight on what today’s renters expect and how to go about meeting those expectations.
