Katelyn Graumann is the Vice President of Customer Success and Growth at AppFolio. She has been with AppFolio for over ten years, helping to build out the early customer support and training programs. She currently leads the Customer Success and Growth teams that provide elevated customer service through proactive product coaching and customer engagement programs. She is a University of California at Santa Barbara alumni and loves to call Santa Barbara home.
