We held our very first customer conference last month in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. There were over 200 AppFolio Customers that joined us from across the country including Hawaii, North Carolina, Texas, California and more – it was a big hit!
Our goals with this first event was to provide deeper AppFolio Property Manager knowledge and education, bring everyone together for networking and the sharing of best practices, offer perspective on industry and market trends and enjoy Santa Barbara. The conference covered a range of sessions including Market Trends and our Predictions, Property and Technology Updates, Accounting and Reporting Nuts and Bolts, Maximizing the Value of AppFolio Property Manager and much more.
We also had an AppFolio ‘Genius Bar’ during the conference that was staffed with our AppFolio experts. Customers were able to ask the experts questions and offer product suggestions.
The feedback we received from everyone who attended was extremely positive – We ran a customer survey after the event and an astonishing 98% of respondents said they’re definitely attending again next year. We are planning to host this event next year in the fall of 2014, so stay tuned for more details!
