We hosted a great webinar today featuring Nat Kunes, AppFolio’s Director of Product Management.

Nat shared information on how multifamily operators can use Ratio Utility Billing (RUBS) to increase their revenue and cover the growing cost of utilities. The Webinar addressed statistics related to RUBS and multifamily industry trends. After a year of research, Nat discussed how valuable a built-in Ratio Utility Billing feature can be for multifamily professionals and why it is included for free in AppFolio’s property management software.

Aimee was Chief Marketing Officer for AppFolio from 2009-2022. Aimee led the marketing strategy and programs that drives awareness, demand, and customer engagement for AppFolio.
