It has been a busy year for AppFolio – we’ve rolled out hundreds of feature enhancements, a new resident mobile app, a brand new tier of our software: AppFolio Property Manager Plus, and have so much more coming soon, including self-scheduled and self-guided showings. With all this hard work it’s wonderful to see our efforts recognized with industry awards.

Business Intelligence Group Names AppFolio Property Manager Product of the Year

First, we’re happy to announce AppFolio Property Manager has been named the 2018 Product of the Year in the Enterprise/Real Estate category by the BIG (Business Intelligence Group) Awards for Business. Organized by the Business Intelligence Group (BIG), this award showcases companies, products and people leading their respective industries with innovation. AppFolio Property Manager was chosen for its ease of use, customizable dashboards, and data visualization tools that turn insights into action – improving a property management firm’s bottom line.

Leveraging our close customer relationships, we ensure each software iteration and new feature development matches our end users’ needs. This is nothing new for AppFolio, where we remain focused on the customer and combining customers’ feedback with our technical expertise to continually build a better product.

AppFolio’s Customer Service Wins Stevie Award

Speaking of customers, AppFolio has also won a 2018 American Business Award, receiving a Silver Stevie for the Customer Service Department of the Year in the computer software category. Judges were impressed with AppFolio’s new User Community within the pre-existing Help Center, which provides customers with an integrated, peer-to-peer tool for networking and problem-solving. At Appfolio, listening to customers is in our DNA and our Customer Success team is a huge part of bringing that to life.

The AppFolio Blog Recognized by Content Funnel

Another distinction we’re proud of: Content Funnel awarded the AppFolio Blog an honorable mention for the Best Real Estate Company Blog in their second annual Real Estate Marketing Awards (#REMAS). The awards recognize creativity and social influence, and for taking a traditional industry and making it exciting with content. We’re always hard at work putting out educational articles to help property managers stay informed of recent market trends and run more efficient and profitable businesses.
