Since our inception, AppFolio has prioritized building an outstanding culture because we believe that happy employees deliver a better customer experience. This award is especially meaningful because it’s largely based on an anonymous survey of our employees about the programs and practices that make AppFolio unique.

AppFolio’s employee-led resource groups create an environment where everyone’s valued for their uniqueness, while also feeling part of the larger whole. We find ways to celebrate community within AppFolio through discussion groups focused around women and parenting, an employee-led Diversity, Equity & Inclusion working group, and events like our International Women’s Day celebration that highlight the richness of communities at AppFolio.
