  • Brian Donahoo, CEO

    Brian was Sr. Vice President for Products and Services at Expertcity/CitrixOnline from 1999 to 2007, growing the company from early startup to $240 million in annual revenue. Brian was the product executive responsible for the planning and launch of GoToMyPC, GoToAssist, GoToMeeting, and GoToWebinar. The GoTo product line services millions of individual users and more than 40,000 small businesses globally. The GoTo products are famous for their ease of use and for precisely meeting the needs of customers. Prior to joining Expertcity/Citrix Online, Brian held senior positions at Stream International and Viacom/Blockbuster.

  • Klaus Schauser, President

    Klaus was Founder and CTO of Expertcity/CitrixOnline from 1999 through 2006. Klaus was the visionary behind GoToMyPC, GoToAssist, and GoToMeeting. Klaus led the technical teams responsible for building these products as well as the teams responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure to securely and reliably operate the products upon. Klaus combines visionary leadership and years of expertise in overseeing technological developments. As a professor of computer science at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Klaus is a widely published research scientist with extensive experience developing scalable, highly parallel computing environments. Klaus holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and has received numerous academic awards.

  • Jon Walker, CTO

    Jon was CTO of Versora, which provides open source Windows to Linux migration software. Versora was sold to Kaseya in 2006. Prior to Versora, Jon was CTO/Vice President of Engineering for Miramar Systems. During his tenure, he led the development and quality assurance organization team of 30 engineers and was responsible for the creation and delivery of products. The software developed under his direction has been deployed to over 20 million computers worldwide. Miramar was sold to Computer Associates in 2004. Previous to Miramar Systems, Jon was a senior technologist for Nortel Networks and Xing Technology Inc. (sold to Real Networks). Jon is also a Contributing Editor to LinuxWorld Magazine and listed as an inventor on US Patent 6,370,646 - "method and apparatus for multiplatform migration." Jon also teaches Software Engineering as an adjunct professor at Westmont College in the Computer Science department.

  • Karen Anne Platt, CFO, CPA

    Karen Anne was CFO at Network Hardware Resale. Network Hardware was recognized by INC 500 for four years in a row as one of the fastest growing privately held businesses in America as measured by growth in gross revenue. Karen Anne was responsible for all areas of Finance and Strategic Planning as well as Human Resources, IT, Sales Administration, Legal, Facilities, Customized Computer Software, and Operations. She opened new offices and managed all aspects for establishing successful branch operations for Amsterdam, New Jersey and Singapore. Under Karen Anne's leadership, the company's growth rate was more than thirty percent year over year while maintaining EBITDA in excess of 12%. Annual revenues $175 million. Prior to Network Hardware, Karen Anne was CFO at Sansum Medical Foundation and Clinic.

  • Albert Oaten, VP Sales and Marketing

    Albert held a number of senior sales positions at Expertcity/Citrix Online, one of the fastest growing divisions of Citrix Systems, Inc. At Citrix Online, Albert helped define and sell category-creating remote access and support products that now have annual sales revenues exceeding $240 million dollars. He managed a Mid-Market sales team and later, as Sr. Director of Inside Sales, grew the inside sales organization from 5 inside sales representatives to over 50 representatives and 5 managers in multiple locations. Prior to Citrix Online, Albert held finance and field marketing positions at American Express. Albert graduated from Stanford University and has an MBA with honors from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.

  • Michael Randolph, VP Client Services

    Mike held a number of senior services management positions at Expertcity/CitrixOnline . Mike was responsible for creating a global services organization and ensuring the successes of more than 40,000 business users. Mike created innovative programs to ensure that business users saw real value and success from their software implementations. Prior to CitrixOnline, Mike held service management positions at MetaCreations.
