This category recognizes real estate professionals who make a meaningful impact on their communities and foster a sense of belonging for all. The following finalists embody this spirit, creating places where everyone feels at home.
Winner
Atlas Management
Established 2016 · Portland, OR
Atlas's mission is to provide exceptional service not only to their clients, but also to the communities their residents call home. Every year Atlas gives their employees 20 hours of paid time off to volunteer with local organizations and causes. Since their start in 2016, their team has donated over 5,000 hours of volunteer time. From providing assistance to families impacted by childhood cancer, to planting trees and gardens in their communities, and removing the financial barriers to participating in youth sports, this team is making a big impact.
FUTUREist in Housing
This category recognizes real estate professionals who are dedicated to the long-term goal of creating equitable housing opportunities for all residents. The following finalists exemplify this commitment, working to ensure access, fairness, and opportunity in housing for every community they serve.

Launch Property Management
Established 2014 · Louisville, KY
Launch partners with resettlement agencies to provide workforce housing to refugee and immigrant families from Haiti, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and many other countries around the world. Their high-touch approach to property management helps them provide housing to 40 percent of all refugees entering Louisville, and in 2024 they signed leases with almost 400 families in pursuit of a new American dream. This resident quote says it all: "I would recommend a Launch apartment to a friend because my Resident Manager has a good heart and they care for me."

This category recognizes leaders whose actions create a lasting legacy of positive change, both in their company and the community. The following finalists exemplify this commitment, working to empower teams and support the well-being and growth of their communities.

Do Good Property Management
Established 2015 · Boise, Idaho
Do Good donates 5 percent of all profits earned to support the impactful work of the Tomorrow's Adventure Foundation. And in 2024 they donated another $35,000 to support a variety of worthy causes. They also foster a spirit of volunteerism among their team, partnering with organizations that empower the youth, support families in need, and promote safety and well-being. They created a "Christmas for a Tenant" program, where during the holiday season they support a struggling family at one of their properties. Do Good's commitment to social responsibility creates opportunities for everyone to give back and build a stronger community.
