Giving back is core to the Atlas identity. In 2025, their team led 1,500+ volunteer hours and expanded the Atlas Real Estate Uplift Program, helping 200+ residents move toward homeownership.

GSF Properties believes in committing to and bettering their community, and their work in affordable housing provides ample opportunities for that. Their 2,500 affordable units make up about 22% of their portfolio.

The Conasauga Accountability Courts, in partnership with Whitfield County, The Stonekey Group, and the DWCDC, have launched a transitional housing program to help participants overcome housing instability.
