Danielle Holloway McCarthy’s journey into property management began with loyalty to her father, who co-founded Advanced Management Company (AMC) in 1982. What started as a commitment to carrying forward her father’s vision quickly grew into a passion of her own, fueled by the drive to perform at the highest level.  

Today, as President of AMC, Danielle leads a vertically integrated company overseeing 12,000+ units across Southern California. With an in-house investment management and construction arm, AMC brings alignment and precision to every stage of the asset lifecycle. Leading a team of 550, Danielle is most passionate about creating positive change for both employees and residents. “We’re constantly evolving, constantly innovating, and striving to be the best,” she says. “We’re driven for excellence, and ‘good enough’ isn’t something we say. We push ourselves to be the best at everything we do.”
