I can dive in and go, ‘Hey, look here, check here.’ That wasn't possible on our old system: when you were out of the office, you were completely unplugged.”

“Since we started on AppFolio, we’ve added about 450 units on the multifamily side, and we've grown our HOA division about 40 plus communities, 2,800 doors give or take. This never would've been possible with our previous solution. The communication features on AppFolio allow us to create real time, first-call resolution experiences, which is vital and gives us an edge, especially in the HOA world, where members expect a response right now. As far as sustaining the growth, our turnaround time is off the charts when onboarding a new property. I can have a 90 unit apartment complex entered into the system, marketing material written, everything done within an hour.”

“We know we're spending a little bit more for better software, but it's making our team so efficient that maybe we don't need to be as big.
