“In the past year and a half, Structure has grown by about 40%, and that's directly related to the fact that my senior exec team — my CEO, my Leasing Director, my Director of Business Development — doesn’t have to spend more time hunting down answers for owners. When we do have inquiries now, it's very easy. If an owner asks me a question, I can reply, ‘Let me pull up a report real quick,’ and I can answer them in real time, on the phone. That's huge.”

The vendor can get that link from the mobile app, approve it, and I can pay it. That's now a two minute deal. Before, he would've had to get back into the office, log into his software on a computer, approve the bill. With AppFolio, there's just efficiencies everywhere.”
