2021 has been a year full of milestones. Many of those milestones included recognition for our team and workplace, our customer impact, and our commitment to product innovation.
We wanted to take a pause in gratitude as 2021 draws to a close to share some of the awards we’ve won this year that best reflect our values and show how we empower our customers and our employees.

We believe that engaged teams provide the best outcomes for our business and for our customers, which is why we’re proud of several major awards won this year that demonstrate our thriving company culture.
We are honored that Fortune recognized AppFolio as both a Great Place to Work for Women, and one of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. Throughout 2021, our growth continues to be fueled by great people who share our values, with Forbes naming us as one of America’s Best Mid-Sized Companies. We also know that strong leadership and dedication to our mission are important ingredients in being a great partner for our customers, and our President & CEO Jason Randall embodies this. We are proud that he has been recognized as one of Glassdoor’s top CEOs of 2021.

The Stevie Award is one of the world’s most coveted prizes, recognizing companies and individuals in their achievements in sales and customer service. We were also honored to receive the Business Intelligence Group Excellence in Customer Service Bronze award. G2, the world’s largest tech marketplace that helps businesses of all sizes discover and review technology platforms, awarded AppFolio Property Manager with the coveted ‘Users Love Us’ badge for the year. This badge is significant because it’s earned by those businesses that receive the highest customer satisfaction ratings from reviews. Earning this badge highlights our mantra and belief that listening to our customers is in our DNA.
One of the most important ways that we fulfill our mission is by constantly innovating to keep our customers’ businesses ahead of the competition. Throughout 2021, we applied valuable automation, standardization, and innovation through robust technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning to power our customers’ businesses.
Recognizing those organizations who bring new ideas to life, the Business Intelligence Group named AppFolio AI Leasing Assistant Lisa as Product of the Year, as well as AppFolio Smart Maintenance, our latest product in maintenance innovation, as Best Use of Automation. In addition to the many awards won, we were also named by the Cloud and SaaS Awards as the 2021 Best SaaS for Business Management.
