At a young age, Chelsea got into real estate investments, buying her first fourplex at 27. However, as her portfolio and family grew, it was harder to manage a full-time job in addition to her properties. So she made the leap to start her own property management company — not only to have more flexibility but the freedom to pursue her passions.
