With 142 million monthly visitors and over 77 million reviews, Yelp is a site that shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Seriously? Nobody could tell if negative reviews would be this great help in enhancing the business and reputation of the same over the internet. Changed perception certainly helps in taking new way out. And looking at negativity with optimism is that way out. Nice!
