Our goal was to build off the success and energy of last year’s conference, and make this one even better! We were thrilled with the turn out, and our customers enjoyed a value-packed 3 days of informative sessions, delicious food, and fun entertainment.

We hosted a great webinar today with Apartment Internet Marketing (AIM) and AppFolio, featuring Charity Zierten (Socially Engaged Marketing), Amanada Zinsmeyer (Behringer Harvard Residential) and Sarah Greenough (Princeton Properties) on the topic of “Why Reinvent the Wheel When You Can Steal It?” This webinar was packed with several ideas on how you can leverage or “steal” marketing concepts and campaign ideas that have been proven successful and adapt those ideas for your own property management marketing.

Alex is a fantastic presenter and he highlighted five ways that you can acquire new owners and grow your property management business in 2014.
With the latest survey from Apartments.com citing that 75 percent of US renters are unwavering pet owners, it’s not hard to see why so many tenants are looking for pet-friendly properties with value-added services and other perks for pet owners. Not many people are willing to give up their beloved Fido or Fluffy just to live at a certain rental property, and more management companies and owners are feeling the pressure to instill more pet-friendly policies to accommodate today’s growing renter population.
